'My Suicide' World Premiere

My Suicide will be making it's World Premiere at the 59th Berlin International Film Festival in February 2009. The film will be competing for a Crystal Bear in the Generations competition. Thanks to Angie for the info!

Brooke Stars in 'Wedding Dance'

According to Reuters/THR Brooke will be starring in the Hallmark Channel original movie, "Wedding Dance", with John Schneider and Roma Downey, which will air next year.

Brooke plays a "young bride-to-be who is shocked when the father (Schneider) she never knew shows up alive and holding the deed to her family's dance studio, which she is hoping to sell in order to pursue her dream of becoming a therapist. She turns to her attorney (Downey) for help."

Brooke Back in Primetime!

Brooke can soon be seen in a recurring role in the new CBS comedy 'Worst Week'! According to Brooke she will be playing "the character of 'Chloe Clayton' who is the youngest sister to the show's main character 'Mel'". She'll make her debut in tomorrow night's episode and will reappear in episodes 4 and 5!

'Sherman's Way' at the Hollywood Film Festival

'Sherman's Way' has been making it's way around the film festival circuit (and racking up awards!) and it's last stop is the Hollywood Film Festival on Saturday, October 25th @ 9pm at the Arclight Cinema in Hollywood. Keep an eye on the HFF website or the Sherman's Way blog for ticket availability.

Besides the official site, the movie now has a blog which chronicles the movie's journey from festival to festival, a MySpace page and a Facebook group.

Brooke in New Web Series

Starting May 2nd you can catch Brooke in a new web series 'Imaginary Bitches'. Check out the official site over at ImaginaryBitches.com. The series can also be found on MySpace and YouTube.

'Eli Stone' Airdate

Brooke's episode of 'Eli Stone' will be airing on March 27th and will also be avaliable online the day after it airs.

'Sherman's Way' World Premiere

Sherman's Way is having it's world premiere on February 29th at the Cinequest Film Festival this month in San Jose. You can order tickets from the site. The trailer for the film is now up for viewing at ShermansWay.com.

Eli Stone

'Eli Stone' premieres on ABC this month, but it looks like we'll have to wait a few months until Brooke's episode airs. According to Garn's Guides, her episode, "I Want Your Sex" won't be airing until after March.

In the meantime, here's a little preview of her episode and character from Brooke:

"My episode is titled "I Want Your Sex", featuring the singer of that song, yes, none other than --- Mr. George Michael. He was great fun to work with. My only challenge was acting with a song playing in my head - the constantly reprising refrain "You Gotta Have the Faith, the faith, the faith." A nicely affirming refrain though. And filming this episode gave me a great excuse to dig out my "Best Of" Anthology...!!

I play the character of Molly Hansen, a feisty teen who is protesting the fact that the only sex education her school offers is in the form of a school abstinence assembly. She is expelled after playing "I Want Your Sex" over the school's P.A. System. You'll just have to watch, to see how George Michael comes into the fold, but his character is a recurrent theme in Eli Stone."
